In my house, my mom’s the glue, and without her it often seems it would all sputter, spit and fall wildly apart.
Since my mom went through chemo and came out on the other side of cancer, I feel incredibly, unbelievably lucky each and every year that I have her happy and healthy. I know there are many others who weren’t as lucky, and I can’t imagine not having had her by my side for every up and down.
