Pretty much anyone who considers themselves a happiness buff will agree with me on one thing- to be happy you must be grateful. And most people wake up in the morning and do just the opposite- they think about all the tasks they have to accomplish that they wish they could avoid.
If you can start your day thinking about the stuff that’s going right, that you’re extraordinarily lucky to have, you build a happier, and often healthier life.
So Jessica, kudos to you. You’ve got the happiness bit figured out.
