I’m a virgo which means I can’t help but think analytically, to reason and to rationalize my way through decisions. I like to think with my head, but often lose my heart in the process. As I try to train my internal compass to check in with my heart more often, I find that my heart often asks me to do what feels like “the crazy thing.”

I’m the midst of actively pursuing many opportunities that my rationale mind feels are absolutely CAH-RAZY given that I don’t have a job. Each time I think “Gulp!, is this really a good idea?” I remember one of Mastin Kipp’s favorite quotes from his mentor Tony Robbins, “The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty you can comfortably deal with.”

Ah ha. I typically hate uncertainty. It feels like it sort of stirs me up inside, like I’m on tumble dry cycle.  Check out this MindBodyGreen infographic for a visual.
